Payment for Services:
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of cleaning.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.

Refunds:
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Illness:
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.

Privacy Policy:
We do not share the information gathered through this website or any personal information with any other third party.

Extra Services:
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Tipping:
Kihei Cleaning staff never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say ‘Mahalo’ to your housekeeper. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
